• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT (bKash/Nagad/Rocket).
• The minimum deposit for bank transfers is ৳1,000 BDT.
• All deposits must come from a payment account in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• If a deposit fails, contact support within 24 hours.
• Azure Bet does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawing your winnings is a straightforward and fast process. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is processed, as required for security and fraud prevention.

• Match fixing or any form of unfair advantage.

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage the platform's reputation.

Azure Bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed, any legitimate balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances may be forfeited. If you wish to dispute a closure, please contact our support team.
